Right of Withdrawal - 14 Day Return Policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

An item doesn't fit or you no longer like it? You accidentally ordered the wrong item and would like to return it? No problem. Please note the following points to register your return online.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. Return shipping costs within Germany are €3.90 and will be deducted from your refund.
International returns outside of Germany cost €6.95 and will be deducted from your refund.

How Your Return Works:

1. Open the Digital Returns Portal: We cannot always guarantee a direct exchange 100%, but we do our best. Simply click [here] and register your return online. You can choose between exchange and refund. Follow the further instructions in the returns portal.

2. Pack Items: Pack the items carefully. Use either our packaging or other suitable packaging for the return. Make sure your items are in their original condition (except for defective goods).

3. Attach Return Label: Either print out our label or use the QR code. You can simply show the QR code at your post office, and they will print out the return label for you. Alternatively, you can download the return label, print it yourself, and stick it on your package.

4. Send Package: Take your package to a parcel shop near you. Get proof of return and keep it until you receive confirmation of receipt from us.

5. Done! Your return is now on its way to us. Once we receive your package, we will exchange your items or you will receive your money back. Please note that this can take up to 14 days from receipt of return, and we must first check the exchange options you specified.

6. Refund: As mentioned, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of return. Refunds are always made using the payment method used for the order. The return shipping costs of €3.90 will be deducted from the refund.

You don't want to return online and need a return form to print out? Then click [here], please fill out the return form completely and include it with your order. This way we can properly assign your return and process it as quickly as possible even without digital return registration.

Important - Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For hygienic reasons, the following items are excluded from exchange and return:

Underwear (if the protective film or hygiene seal has been removed)
Swimwear (if the protective film or hygiene seal has been removed)

Our Recommendation:

We recommend returning as an insured parcel, not as a letter. Please always ensure that your return is sufficiently stamped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unstamped shipments. These will automatically be returned to you at your expense.

As a standard DHL parcel, your return is insured up to a value of €500.00. If it is lost on the way to us, you will receive a refund of the value of the goods from DHL.
As a parcel, you can track your shipment online using the tracking number. This way you can see exactly if and when your return has arrived.

Important! The returned items must be in perfect and resaleable condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Note on Defective or Faulty Goods:

If you have received defective or faulty goods, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us via our contact form before returning.
