SHIPPING POLICY
Payment & Shipping for Private Customers
Your order will be processed immediately and delivered as quickly as possible with DHL.
Fast Shipping
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment. Shipping takes place within 1-5 business days. Delivery within Germany takes place at the latest within 2-10 business days.
The delivery period begins:
- For payment by advance bank transfer: the day after the payment order to the bank instructed with the transfer
- For all other payment methods: the day after conclusion of the contract
If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.
Notice on Return Shipping
A return within Germany costs €3.90 and will be deducted from the refund. This return shipping fee applies to all returns, including both refunds and exchanges. Return shipping costs for returns from outside Germany must be borne by the customer.
Shipping within Germany
The delivery address can be chosen independently of the billing address. You can see the availability of the item on the respective product detail page. Shipping to DHL Packstations is also possible within Germany.

We deliver to all European Union countries, including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, and Iceland.

Other Important Notes
Incorrect Address Data: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, our customer support will contact the customer by email. Please check your mailbox regularly so that any necessary corrections can be made as quickly as possible.
Public Holidays: During Christmas, New Year, and Easter, our fulfillment center is closed, which means shipping may take longer than usual.
Delivery Time Notes: The delivery time information on product details always refers to delivery within Germany. If you have selected "advance payment" as the payment method, the delivery time starts from the time payment is received.

Shipping occurs upon payment receipt. For Klarna Instant Transfer, this may take 1-4 business days depending on the bank.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- Link to track your shipment via a carrier
You can monitor your package's progress in real-time using the tracking number provided.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed:
- The carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions
- You can arrange redelivery or pickup at a nearby DHL location
- If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or refused delivery, you will be responsible for reshipment costs
This does not apply if you have exercised your right of withdrawal or if the failed delivery was not your fault.
